Do you require a minimum number of guests to cater an event?
We offer a variety of catering options that allow for different party sizes. We are happy to discuss your needs and try our best to meet them. If your party doesn't meet the minimum guest number, a small fee per person would be incurred.
What do you do with the leftover food?
We strive to minimize food waste!
The leftover food on the buffet will be properly packaged, labeled, and refrigerated for you.
We do not assume liability for the leftover food.
We package a container for wedding receptions, especially for the bride & groom.
We are happy to support any initiatives to donate leftover food.
Do you charge for children?
Yes, if the child is old enough to occupy a seat, then it is customary to include the child in your guest count.
Do you do tastings?
Yes, for a fee we are able to offer a tasting menu to assist in planning large events.

Will you cater an outdoor venue?
Yes, in addition to our catering services that are designed for outdoor experiences (BBQ & Picnic), We embody the true nature of the levant, where hospitality and food are not restricted by location. We can accommodate most venues and occasions. Contact us, and we can plan a successful event with you.
Is your food Halal?
Yes! All of our meats is sourced locally from halal markets and meet halas standards.
Do you provide any linens?
Yes, we provide linen tablecloths and skirting for the buffet and beverage tables. We also will supply a cloth napkin for each guest when you purchase our china package.
We do rent tablecloths for guests’ tables for an additional fee.
Will you cut and serve the cake/dessert?
Yes, we will provide disposable plates & forks, cut the cake, and plate it for you so the guests can help themselves for $0.50 per person.
Our staff can serve the cake for an additional fee.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests?
Yes, our menus have many offerings that can accommodate various dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergies.
Additionally, we are happy to tailor our menu to suit your needs when possible; make sure to share your needs when you reach out to us.
Do you provide staffing for events?
Yes, we offer professional staffing including servers, bartenders, and chefs to ensure your event runs smoothly from setup to cleanup.
Can you assist with event planning and rentals?
Absolutely! Our experienced team, in collaboration with bySAMAN Hospitality Group, can help with event planning and coordination and can arrange for rental items such as tables, chairs, linens, and decor to enhance your event.
How far in advance do I need to book catering services for my event?
Please refer to the policies page for details.
In summary:
For small catering orders, we recommend booking at least three to four days in advance to ensure availability.
For medium catering orders, we recommend booking at least two to four weeks in advance to ensure availability.
For large catering orders, we recommend booking at least six to eight weeks in advance to ensure planning time.
However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on our schedule.
